Affiliate Program Terms

Welcome. This page is what guides this program in terms of terms and conditions.

The "spirit" of our affiliate program is that you send new customers to us that we probably wouldn't have otherwise gotten to become customers... via the custom (for you) affiliate link that we will give to you to use... and these customers buy from our site allamericantailgate.com and for that referral and approved purchase, we pay you a 10% commission of their pre-tax cart value.

Action Locking: Actions are locked 31 day(s) after the end of the day they are tracked. This is when the transaction/order/action by the customer becomes "locked in" and now able to be paid upon.

Credit Policy: Last Clicked

Referral Window: Allow referrals from clicks within 14 days.

Payment Amount: Unless otherwise stated, 10% of the price of the product(s) that the customer successfully purchased and paid for (and before taxes - ie. taxes not included and post any coupons used).

Payout Schedule: For approved transactions only and those commissions are paid in the first week of each month, following at least 30 days from when the qualifying and approved product (s)/order were purchased in.

So for example, an approved affiliate sent a customer via the affiliate link we gave you... to our website AllAmericanTailgate.com and the customer purchased an item (or items) on May 15th and it was a qualifying purchase for $300... that sale would become "credited" or "locked in" to the affiliate on the 31st day form that transaction (so Mid June)... and then the affiliate would be paid out $30 for that specific transaction... via PayPal during the 1st week of July. This process and timeframe follows and/or similar to how many affiliate programs operate.

Reversal Policy: Reversal of performance advertising actions are decided by us, the website owner by a max reversal percentage of 100%.

Transaction that do not count: If a product or an order was cancelled, returned and/or refunded... this would not count as a qualifying transaction. If a customer was sent by the affiliate in a manipulated, unethical or illegal way... or using a process, platform and/or link that is not allowed by our terms... that transaction would not count and if we deem the affiliate is a risk or a problem, they will be deleted from our Affiliate program.

Legal Status: You are not an employee and/or staff member of any kind of/for our company. You are an independent contractor. If you earn more than $600 (or whatever the IRS guidelines are for that tax year), we will issue you a 1099 and will follow any and all tax rules as set forth by the IRS.

Affiliate Tracking Pixel: We do not allow the affiliate to fire their tracking pixel when the consumer action is completed.

Ineligible People/Companies: People or businesses that have a wholesaler relationship with us and trying to buy on their wholesale account using the affiliate code... that would not be allowed. You are not allowed to get the wholesale discount and the commission on the same order.

People and/or businesses outside of the United States.

The Affiliate Program is for US based retail customers as well as wholesalers who are allowing their retail customers on their retail account to purchase from the wholesaler's affiliate code as retail customers.

There are additional terms that our 3rd party platform will also have you agree to during your signup that go with the "spirit" of the terms on this page.
