WHAT TYPE OF WOOD IS USED FOR THE CORNHOLE BOARDS?

We use half inch cabinet grade birch plywood for the tops and premium spruce 2x4's for the frames and legs.

DO THE LEGS FOLD OUT?

Yes, they do. This allows for easy storage as well as set up.

WHAT TYPE OF PAINT DO YOU USE?

We use Semi-Gloss Exterior Latex paint by Glidden (which has all licensed colors for every pro team) to paint our boards.

DO YOUR BOARDS HAVE A PROTECTIVE COAT?

After finishing the boards, we apply a Semi-Gloss Water-Based Polyurethane sealant.

WHAT ARE YOUR BAGS MADE OF?

We use 10.0 oz Duck cloth for the outside of the bags, and fill them with 15 - 16oz of whole corn. Upgrades are available for bag type and filling material at an extra cost.

IS THERE A DIFFERENCE IN PLAYABILITY IN PAINTED BOARDS AND GRAPHIC BOARDS?

The process and materials we use to produce both the painted and graphic sets result in NO DIFFERENCE between the playability of either boards.

ARE THE BOARDS WATERPROOF?

No, they are not. However, upgrading the boards to All Weather PVC, at an additional cost, will allow them to be left outside in all types of weather elements.

CAN YOU APPLY GRAPHICS TO THE PVC ALL WEATHER CORNHOLE BOARDS?

Yes, they can be applied. The graphics on the All Weather PVC Cornhole Boards have been proven to last for 1 year outside in the elements with adequate care.

HOW DO YOU RECOMMEND TO FINISH THE UNFINISHED CORNHOLE BOARDS?

We advise finishing your boards with a Water-Based Polyurethane sealant or Exterior Semi-Gloss Latex paint. Neither finish will affect playability, and will allow you to get creative with your boards. Additionally, adding a layer of the polyurethane sealant over the dried paint will increase the longevity and durability of the paint.

WHAT ARE THE DIMENSIONS OF THE BOARDS?

Our Regulation ACA size Cornhole Board is 48 in. x 24 in. x 4 in. The hole is 6 inches in diameter, and is located 9 inches from the top and 12 in. from the side to the center of the hole.

HOW LONG IS THE PROCESS FOR A CUSTOMIZED PRODUCT?

After purchase and all design requests are submitted, it takes about 1-5 business days to receive a mock-up of the order.  Once approval is received, production takes 1-3 business days on average. And depending on your location relative to our store, delivery takes 1-6 business days. Check out our Shipping Time Frame Map for more information!

***The time frames previously mentioned may increase due to the intricacy of an order, as well as quantity. The processing time at check-out will not be as stated for Custom Orders. If you have a deadline to meet, then please reach out to us for confirmation on whether we can complete your order within the given time frame as well as how to complete the purchase to minimize delays.

WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN REGULAR BAGS AND PROSTYLE FAST N SLOW BAGS?

The main difference is in the construction of the bags. Our regular bags are solely made out of 10.0 oz Duck Canvas. The Prostyle Fast N Slow bags are two-sided; one side is our 10.0 oz Duck canvas, while the other side is a faux suede material. The two-sidedness allows for control over how fast the bag slides.

WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN CORN-FILLED AND ALL-WEATHER FILLED BAGS?

The difference in filling impacts durability. Corn-Filled bags are filled with real whole corn, which may need to be replaced within 6-12 months of purchase. The All-Weather Filled bags are filled with resin material that will last 2-3 times longer as it resists humidity and can be reused even if wet (unlike corn-filled bags that cannot be wet).

WHAT ARE THE SUPPORT BRACES? ARE THEY THE SAME AS THE LEGS?

The support braces are an additional section of the construction chosen for the boards. They are NOT the same as the legs. These are added underneath the board or to the legs to join them, which adds longevity to the stability of the boards and the legs. The brace underneath the board also helps prevent bowing, which may occur in wood over long periods of time.

WHAT IS EXPEDITED PROCESSING?

Expedited processing minimizes the amount of processing time for an order. Your order is shipped out either next business day after purchase, or same business day if purchased before 2:00 PM EST Monday-Friday. Delivery would still be 1-6 business days depending on your location relative to us.

Wood series: 1 to 2 years.
PVC series: 3 to 5 years.
Marine Grade series: 5 to 8 years.
